Return Window: Return requests must be submitted within 40 days of the confirmed delivery date.
Return Eligibility: Items must be returned in their original condition unless the return is related to a verified defect or production issue.
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are covered for approved and eligible return requests.
Exchanges: Shipping costs for approved exchanges are covered by Kazama.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include supporting photos when possible so we can review the issue and assist with a resolution.
Lost or Missing Packages: Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility rests with the carrier. Customers should contact the carrier directly or submit a claim using the available tracking information.
Post-Delivery Damage: Kazama is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or incorrect storage after delivery.
Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
