Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include supporting photos when possible so we can review the issue and assist with a resolution.
Lost or Missing Packages: Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility rests with the carrier. Customers should contact the carrier directly or submit a claim using the available tracking information.
Post-Delivery Damage: Kazama is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or incorrect storage after delivery.
Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

- DESIGH: Watching this massive piece rock back and forth is really cool. It starts to rock in response to wind, and as it moves, the eagle's wings gradually flap up and down to simulate flight.
- HIGH-QUALITY: The item is expertly crafted. There is no metal on metal movement there since the wings are guided by bearings. In addition to resting on top of the stake, the eagle is fastened with a bolt. To ensure that it is firmly planted in the ground, the entire stake features a huge six-pointed stake. It is also extremely well-weighted, with a substantial amount of additional weight added to hold the item down. The balancing ball beneath the eagle is entirely solid.
- PROTECTIVE: In addition, it has a multi-layer powder coating that provides weather protection and safe outside use. In addition to using it as décor, our customers have utilised this piece in their gardens to frighten away intruding animals.
