Lost or Missing Packages: Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility rests with the carrier. Customers should contact the carrier directly or submit a claim using the available tracking information.

Post-Delivery Damage: Kazama is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or incorrect storage after delivery.

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
